Deep Tissue Massage
Very therapeutic: Works on those nagging
muscles that require concentrated deep pressure strokes to unlock.
To aid in removing congested or contracted muscles, deep to
vigorous strokes including deep gliding, kneading, compression,
friction, and joint movements are applied to troubling areas of
discomfort often providing pain relief from muscular aches. Great
for those with neck, leg and back pain.
Classic/Swedish Massage
Designed to de-stress
your full body from head to toe. We use gliding, kneading, compression,
percussion, and joint movements to increase your circulation and
sooth away fatigue. This session generally lasts for one hour.
Sports
Massage
Athlete friendly and has
several options within itself. Pre-event massage is 10 to 15
minutes of warming up muscles and encouraging the edge needed to
perform at your peak right right before your event. Post-event
strokes sooth away fatigue and help the athlete recover faster
without all the aches and pains. Maintenance massage has been
proven scientifically to be the most effective tool for the
serious athlete in training. Concentrating on the specific muscles
used in your chosen sport, injuries diminish from stressed
muscles. This bodywork fine tunes a well performing body to aid in
producing as much as 20% better performance. This session usually
lasts for 30 minutes to 90 minutes. I specialize in sports massage
maintenance. Even if you are not athletic sports massage therapy
is great for just about everyone.
Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone therapy is a great way to
supercharge your massage. It is more detoxifying than a regular
massage and can be very beneficial to those with stiff, sore, &
tired muscles. It is much like Swedish/classic massage but with
the additional use of Hot Stones as a means of delivering heat
therapy to increase the effects massage. A full body session
usually last 90 minutes, but some choose to extend this to 2
hours.
Pre-Natal Massage
Sure if you are pregnant you can still get a massage.! For the mother to be. Concentrating on the shoulders, low
back and legs with various techniques is sure to bring relaxation
for mother and child. Using pillow positioning that allows the
mother to lie comfortably down as work is done on the back and
legs. If you are unsure talk to your doctor about massage during
pregnancy.
Athletic Massage Therapy
Athlete friendly and has several options within itself. Pre-event
massage is 10 to 15 minutes of warming up muscles and encouraging
the edge needed to perform at your peak right right before your
event. Post-event strokes sooth away fatigue and help the athlete
recover faster without all the aches and pains. Maintenance
massage has been proven scientifically to be the most effective
tool for the serious athlete in training. Concentrating on the
specific muscles used in your chosen sport, injuries diminish
from stressed muscles. This bodywork fine tunes a well performing
