Massage Appointments & Arrivals - Please arrive no later than your scheduled appointment time

Cancellations - Please give at least 2 hours advance notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time. There may be a service charge imposed otherwise.

Expirations - Woodlands Massage Gift certificates & Prepaid services come with an expiration date and if not otherwise stated on your printed document the service/certificate will expire 7 months after the purchase date. Coupons expire 6 months from the printed date unless otherwise specified.

Coupons - All offers made by Woodlands Massage are mutually exclusive and cannot be combined. Example: coupons are deducted from regular prices unless otherwise specified on the printed offer.

Gift Certificates - Valid and accepted up until the expiration date which if not printed on your purchase document will occur 7 months from the purchase date. If not expired Gift certificates can be transferred with prior approval of the therapist. Once a gift certificate recipient has made an appointment in anticipation of presenting a gift certificate, it cannot be transferred to another person.

Packages - Valid and accepted up until the expiration date which if not printed on your purchase document will occur 7 months from the purchase date. Packages are meant to give frequent customers a price break. There are not to be used by multiple persons and cannot be transferred. They can be given as a gift but they must be used by only one person. Packages that are not fully redeemed within 60 days will require an additional fee which will be equal to the regular pricing after subtracting the pre-paid amount.
